This year we are introducing a new line of tile named Avalon. One Rectangle design and one HydroZone design have been retired.

Four Layers of Manufacturing

As a world leader in the one-piece pool industry, Composite Pools is committed to constructing the best pool available with the most advanced manufacturing techniques, the finest materials, and the most stringent quality controls in the business.

Each Composite Pool is constructed with four layers and a closed beam construction to finish.

Layer 1: The internal finish of while-gel-coat or one of our unique Gemstone® or Diamond Series™ finishes is applied for a superior look.
Layer 2: A Vinyl Ester Resin is combined with fiberglass to form the important corrosion barrier.
Layer 3: Carbon Fiber is strategically infused to structurally reinforce the pool.
Layer 4: A specially designed resin and hand laid fiberglass.

The whole process is wrapped up by adding honeycomb supports and a closed beam construction because it is the strongest method of construction in the industry today!

The same high strength material found in automobiles, boats & airplanes is now available in our Carbon Composite Pools.

The first layer applied has an internal finish of white gel-coat or one of our four unique Gemstone® finishes for a smooth natural granite look.

Layer 2 is a vinyl ester resin is combined with fiberglass to form the important corrosion barrier.

Using cutting-edge technologies, Carbon Fiber is strategically infused to structurally reinforce specific areas of the pool for the 3rd layer.

The 4th and final layer of every Composite Pool is specially designed resin and hand laid Fiberglass. Honeycomb supports are added and the closed beam construction is the final touch to your Composite Pool!
