Four Layers of Manufacturing

As a world leader in the one-piece pool industry, Composite Pools is committed to constructing the best pool available with the most advanced manufacturing techniques, the finest materials, and the most stringent quality controls in the business.

Each Composite Pool is constructed with four layers and a closed beam construction to finish.

Layer 1: The internal finish of while-gel-coat or one of our unique Gemstone® or Diamond Series™ finishes is applied for a superior look.
Layer 2: A Vinyl Ester Resin is combined with fiberglass to form the important corrosion barrier.
Layer 3: Carbon Fiber is strategically infused to structurally reinforce the pool.
Layer 4: A specially designed resin and hand laid fiberglass.

The whole process is wrapped up by adding honeycomb supports and a closed beam construction because it is the strongest method of construction in the industry today!

L.E.D. Lighting

The PAL-200 provides a totally new concept in Underwater Pool/Spa and Aquatic Landscape Lighting Design. Utilizing new molding materials, is has been possible to produce a light fitting with unique features that re not currently available from any only existing pool and spa lighting product.

Our L.E.D. Color Changing System has six color colors with a fully synchronized disco mode. Our Color Changing Digital Array can be fitter with a 100,000 hour change array with color lock on six different colors and two color change modes.

Entertaining

A Composite Pool makes a great gathering place for a nearly unlimited amount of friends and family, compared to a sports car that can only seat two people. Freeform Design

With Composite Pools there are so many pool designs to choose from. If you are a more laid-back, go with the flow, free spirit person than one of our Freeform designs is right up your ally. You can choose from 10 different Freeform designs; Marco, Ashley, Hamilton, Key Largo, Nantucket, Capri, Bali, Jave, Cape Cod, or Lexington. All designs, except for the Capri, prohibit the use of diving equipment.

The Marco is 23'8"x12' with a depth range of 3'6" to 5'5"

The Ashley is the newest addition to our Freeform Design family.

The Hamilton is 34'x15' with a depth range of 3'6" to 6'.

The Key Largo is 30'x14' with a depth range of 3'7" to 5'11".

The Nantucket is 35'x16' with a depth range of 3'7" to 5'10".

The Capri is 40'x16' with a depth range of 3'5" to 8'.

The Bali is 14'3"x8'9" with a depth of 4' and features a lounge area.

The Java is 27'x12' with a depth range of 3'6" to 5'6".

The Cape Cod is 31'x14' with a depth range of 3'6" to 6'.

The Lexington is 36'x16' with a depth range of 3'6" to 7'.
